What delivery terms does Courseware use for its products and services?

NLdigital Terms and Conditions

Courseware applies the General Terms and Conditions for Suppliers of ICT Products and Services as drawn up by NLdigital.

The conditions consist of the following sections:

3. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

6. Software maintenance and support
7. Advice and consultancy
8. Secondment services
9. Education and training
10. Hosting
11. Purchase of equipment
12. Equipment rental
13. Maintenance of equipment

Due to the nature of the organization and operations, Courseware is NOT subject to Chapters 5, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13.

Purchasing event ticket

1. Cancellation and Refunds
   If cancelled up to 2 weeks before the event, you will receive a full refund.
   Within 2 weeks before the event, cancellation is no longer possible, and no refund will be given.
2. Ticket Transfer
   You can transfer your ticket to someone else at any time free of charge. Please send an email to marketing@courseware.nl with the details of the new participant.
3. Other terms and conditions
   By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
