What data do we track?

Your data is safe with us
Your personal data and payments are safe in our shop and website. At the top of the address bar of the browser you will see a lock. Also, the web address begins with https://. This means that all communication is encrypted. So your privacy is guaranteed.
Where do we register your data?
We register your purchased license with our foreign suppliers. This is to ensure that you can receive the necessary updates and upgrades along with any support. Data transmitted to third parties is only used to provide the services mentioned above. We will never sell/exchange your data with third parties for acquisition purposes.
What do we use your data for?
To serve you well, we work with various partners and store your data. We keep your data until you request to delete your data.
Website visits
When you visit our website, we place cookies on your computer. We do this to be able to use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and other advertising opportunities.

Information request
When requesting information, you agree to Courseware’s terms and conditions. You can also choose to have us keep your data for only 30 days. This allows us to send you the initial information you need. However, we recommend that you fully agree to our privacy statement. This allows us to support you throughout the purchase process.
We store/record your data in the contact form software and in our CRM system. You can always view or modify your data or have it deleted.
Purchase / Demo account / Event participation
When you make a purchase, use a demo account and participate in an event, we register the data you entered. We do this in our CRM system and our mailing software. You can always view or modify your data or have it deleted.
Participation in open registration training
If you participate in an open enrollment training, we would like to register you in the training LMS. With the help of the training-LMS, you have an overview of all your trainings and obtained certificates, and you can assess the training. In the system we process your name and e-mail address. If you do not agree to this, you can indicate this when you log in for the first time. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you can use the training LMS. You can always view or modify your data or have it deleted.
Use of support wiki
All customers with a learning platform may use the support wiki. Among other things, the support wiki gives you access to product information (and developments) and the latest news. In addition, you can ask your consultant project-specific questions. To give you access to the support wiki, we register you in the support wiki.
We value your privacy, which is why we have secured the support wiki properly and are ISO certified. In the system we only process your name, organization and e-mail address. You can always view your data, change it or have it anonymized.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4. We have a processing agreement with Google to ensure the security of your data.
What about sending e-mail?
We apply the ACM guidelines. Among other things, these state that sending e-mail, newsletters and other messages is permitted to existing customers. For other relationships, prior consent is generally required to receive e-mail. You can unsubscribe from marketing mailings at any time.
Complaints can be filed with Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
